Bruce Martin Becomes Latest Board Member

The Society of Motorsports Journalists is pleased to announce its latest board member, Bruce Martin.

Bruce is one of the top writers among the INDYCAR circuit, acclaimed host of Pit Pass Indy, and the latest winner of the SPMJ Media Awards in the On-Air Presenter category.

Along with hosting Pit Pass Indy, Bruce has most recently worked for SI.com, NBCSports.com, FOXSports.com, and Forbes Sports Money. Earlier in his career, Martin's work has appeared in Sports Illustrated, The New York Times, USA Today, ESPN.com, ESPN Sports Ticker and many other major media outlets. He continues in his role as Senior Writer at SPEED SPORT, a relationship that began in 1994. Covering 38 Indianapolis 500s and 37 Daytona 500s, Martin is well respected by his peers, and a two-time Russ Catlin Award winner, as well as multiple top finisher in AARWBA and NMPA journalism awards.
